Free delivery for private customers in Estonia on orders from €50

Purchase Information

Prices:

  • All prices displayed on the website are in euros and include 22% VAT.
  • Delivery charges depend on the selected delivery method, package dimensions, and weight.
  • Transport fees will be itemised separately on the invoice.

Delivery Options:

  • You may collect the goods in person (“self-pickup”).
  • Courier services are provided by Omniva and DSV Transport.

Placing an Order:

  • Orders can be placed by phone (+372 6793 080), e-mail (info@kintar.ee), or via our online store at www.kintar.ee.
  • If the requested products are in stock, an invoice will be sent to you promptly by e-mail.
  • Orders placed via the online store are processed on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
  • Orders submitted outside business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Invoices are issued electronically, but a paper version can be provided upon request.

Payment:

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash, or by bank card at our store at Koplipere Road 17, Rae village, Rae rural municipality (Koplipere tee 17, Rae küla, Rae vald), Mon–Fri from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Payment instructions will be provided in a prepayment invoice sent to your e-mail address. Please include your full name and invoice number in the payment details.
  • A copy of the invoice will also be enclosed with your delivery.
  • If payment is not received in Kintar Trading OÜ’s account within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled.

Important: Before making payment, please verify that all invoice details are correct.

Delivery Times and Collection:

  • Once the prepayment has been received by Kintar Trading OÜ, your goods will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days using the chosen delivery method.
  • If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you using the contact details you provided to agree on a new delivery time. An invoice will only be issued once the goods are available.
  • Products will be delivered using your selected delivery method.
  • Alternatively, you may collect your order in person from the Kintar Safety Centre showroom at Koplipere Road 17, Rae village, Rae rural municipality (Koplipere tee 17, Rae küla, Rae vald).

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Product Defects:

  • Any complaints regarding product defects, non-compliance, or damage incurred during transport must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and undamaged. Otherwise, Kintar Trading OÜ reserves the right to reject the return.
  • You may exchange clothing or footwear for another size (same product and colour) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to info@kintar.ee. The e-mail should include the product size, invoice number, and bank account number to which the refund should be issued (in case of a return).
  • Returns are accepted only if both the product and its original packaging are undamaged.
  • The right of return does not apply to discounted or discontinued items no longer part of the standard product range.
  • Refunds will be processed to your specified account within 15 business days after we receive the returned goods.
  • All costs associated with returns or exchanges are your responsibility.

Product Warranty:

  • All products sold include the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers technological or material defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the products.

Ownership:

  • Ownership of the goods remains with Kintar Trading OÜ until full payment for both the goods and delivery charges has been received.

Delivery Information

Self-Pickup

  • Orders can be collected from the Kintar Trading OÜ store at Koplipere Road 17, Rae village, Rae rural municipality (Koplipere tee 17, Rae küla, Rae vald).
  • Pickup is available during business hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Goods will only be handed over to the person who placed the order, upon presentation of an identity document.
  • If someone else will be collecting the order, please notify us in advance via e-mail, including the person’s name and personal identification code.

Omniva

  • Private customers can choose delivery to a home address, workplace, or a parcel locker.
  • Delivery is available to all locations within Estonia.
  • Free delivery within Estonia if the order total (excluding VAT) exceeds €50.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. will be delivered on the next business day.
  • Delivery is made against a signature, which records the recipient’s identity.
  • Shipments are trackable, including time and recipient details.

DSV Transport

  • Offers door-to-door delivery across Estonia and internationally.
  • Special delivery arrangements can be made depending on the customer’s needs and route options.
  • Departures from Jüri: orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m.
  • Goods are collected between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • Delivery is made the next business day (excluding Estonian islands).
  • Free delivery within Estonia for orders exceeding €50 (excluding VAT).
